Just Some Pictures!

Well, there is not much going on here!  We had a wonderful Easter (we stayed here and had our first holiday without extended family....was nice not to travel, but we really hated being away from everyone), Riley is starting to eat all kinds of baby food, and Sunday we had his baby dedication at church.  We are just loving him so much!  I think that teeth should be coming any day now because he is just constantly drooling and putting his hands (and everything else) in his mouth!  We'll see!  I will be sure to let you all know when we hear more about future plans, but it looks like it may not be until late May/early June.  We are trying not to get too anxious!  The Lord is in control!

Wedding Weekend

We just returned from a weekend trip to Enon, LA for the wedding of one of Edmond's good friends.  It was an extra special trip because 1- this was Riley's first wedding and 2- Edmond's dad was marrying these friends of ours.  We had  such a good time.  Jamie looked absolutely beautiful!  The reception was held outside next to a lake at Brandon's aunt's house.  There was even dancing!! Woo hoo!  It was also great to spend some time with Pitty Pat and Gaga!  Riley was just a little spoiled.  As you can see in one picture, he really got after the wedding favors! And Edmond will kill me for posting the picture of him posing for the camera....it was just too cute though!

Here are some recent pics of our little man!  He is such a chunk...can you tell?!  I am almost to the point where I can't carry him in the car seat anymore!! My back is killing me!  Anyway, he has started rolling over regularly (the picture of me kissing him is when we first saw him do it....he had already done it in his bed) and he loves to smile and laugh.  He has also recently "found" his feet.  It makes diaper changing interesting!! Hope everyone is doing well.  We will probably be in Pensacola through May because of all the bad weather we've been having.  We are getting anxious to move so the Lord is teaching us patience I guess!!
